Wedding Update

Hi Everyone! I hope you all are having a great Memorial Day weekend. Sorry I have been absent in my blog land. Here is an update:

We bought a ring!

We bought a suit!!

We have a good idea what we are looking for the groomsmen but just need to do some shopping around.

Other than that we have been enjoying the summer. Don't worry we'll start our wedding projects soon. WE DID pick a song! :) And also picked our entrance song, cake cutting, and bouquet toss songs.

Tomorrow is officially the last day to RSVP and we have only 50% back. sigh. So here's to tracking down those rotten 50% and finding out if they will be joining the festivities! We are both starting to get really excited for the wedding and spending it with friends and family!

I'm a winner!

So..I love reading wedding blogs. Yes, my name is Elena and I love reading wedding blogs. Some times it's the first thing I do when I wake up. I especially love Lydia's blog http://www.ever-ours.com/ . She has amazing photos and ideas and of course wonderful giveaways. I am not sure if I mentioned it before but I was so lucky to win a pearl bracelet earlier in the year the same week I won eyelashes from Marie-Pierre, my amazing make up artist. I don't mean to brag...okay I do a little...and a recap!

Sooooo...where have I been all week? I had finals and it consumed me! School is officially out for the summer for me! I don't start back until the end of August...I know what you are thinking...ummm, isn't your wedding in the fall...we'll cross that bridge when we get there! :) I have to admit even I am quite shocked with how well I did this semester with two jobs and a wedding taking two classes (one of which was Statistics) was not an ideal situation. I am proud to say I have a 3.4 again in college. So instead of a long post..there isn't much going on in wedding land...I am going to update and recap you all in pictures!
