I just spoke to the hotel and on top of the 13% discount, they are also adding an "early booking discount" of 5% if you book your hotel stay before April 1st! You can request more rooms than needed than later change the amount of days you are staying, so overbooking rooms to be safe is encouraged. You have 10 days before your stay to change the length of your stay. The rooms book fast in May and June, so overbooking may be the best bet. Remember to mention your group code "Tobin" when calling to receieve all of your discounts. The Southernmost Resorts have four properties with many room types and options for everyone's budget.
